Arnold Partnership v. Jon Dudas

The ruling by a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit upheld a district court decision affirming the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's (PTO's) denial of a patent term extension for Abbott Laboratories' Vicoprofen, a combination product with hydrocodone bitartrate and ibuprofen as active ingredients.
