AIDS Healthcare Foundation v. Abbott Laboratories

AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) has filed an antitrust complaint against Abbott Laboratories (Abbott) in regard to Abbott's practices and policies concerning the drug Norvir. Of issue is the recent price increase (+400%) of Norvir by Abbott. Norvir is a needed ingredient in many drug "cocktails" taken by tens of thousands of
AIDS patients.
