John Doe I and II v. Abbott Laboratories

Two plaintiffs filed a federal antitrust case against Abbott Laboratories for their recent price increase (Dec 2003) of Norvir, a drug used to combat AIDS. Abbott increased the price of Noriv 400% while introducing a new drug, which has Norvir as a component, at a much lower price.

The case asks the court to issue damages and sought an injunction on the price increase of Norvir.
