To amend the FTC Act to provide that the advertising or sale of a mislabeled copy-protected CD is an unfair method of competition and an unfair and deceptive act or practice.
The ability to rely on the implied warranty inherent in works purporting to come from certain manufacturers is implicit in the ability of scientist to conduct research using such preapproved tools.
