Town Meeting on Patent System Reform

The National Academies Board on Science Technology and Economics (STEP), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) are jointly sponsoring a series of meetings to discuss recent recommendations for modernizing the U.S. patent system. Topics will include "Best Practices in Examination," "Post-Grant Review," "Litigation Reform," and "Shields to Infringement Liability."
