Town Hall Meeting on USPTO Proposed Changes to Patent Rules

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is holding the first of a series of "town hall" meetings to discuss its proposed changes to existing patent rules concerning the examination of claims, requests to continue examinations of proposed patents, and related matters.

The meeting will be held at Northwestern University's Arthur Rubloff Building Thorne Auditorium from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Registration is free and can be completed at http://www.uspto.gov/web/patents/townhall.htm.
