WIPO Announces Third Session for Provisional Committee on Development Agenda

The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) has announced the date for the Third Session of its Provisional Committee on Proposals Related to a WIPO Development Agenda (PCDA). The Third Session will take place from February 19-23, 2007, in Geneva.
The draft agenda of the session can be accessed at www.wipo.int/edocs/mdocs/mdocs/en/pcda_3/pcda_3_1_prov.pdf. In July 2006, discussions concerning the Development Agenda temporarily were halted due to a lack of consensus within the PCDA over what recommendations were to have been made to WIPO's General Assembly.
